Hi there

Hope all of you are well. I want to find out if a beginner cycle would be the best way to go, or maybe a oral cycle? I have read the cycles that's available for download, but not sure if that's what I want? I run a clean diet, don't drink or smoke and go to gym every morning between 05h00 and 06h30. I just want something that can help a bit with faster gains and a bit of fat loss. I would really appreciate it if I can get some advice from someone please. I don't want to inject mainly because of the rugby season, but in saying that I also don't want just a quick fix.

What would injecting have to do with rugby?

The oral cycles listed on the site are the only sensible oral cycles that you should run.

Hey Dirk there is no quick fix anyway. Are you worried about testing? How old are you? What are your goals? Is this something you looking to go into professionally or you playing at club level? You say you eat relativley clean but that is not going to be good enough if you want to gain muscle and loose bf at the same time bud...give us some answers and maybe we can direct you from there.

That is what makes a bodybuilder a true bodybuilder, and that is to be simply.....

Hi there

Stats: 28, 1.70, 78kg, 16%bf. I am on a diet I got from Sjoe last year, but I couldn't do my cycle due to knee and shoulder injuries and operations. Shit scared of needles, but I am willing to do a cycle on test and d/bol, with a good pct. Guess that's the way to go hey?!......

DirkD needles are nothing, after the first pin you will be fine, sometimes I feel nothing and I mean nothing. Get a friend to pin you if it helps.

I agree. I was nervous as hell in the beginning as well. A friend pinned me the first time. Second time he watched while i did it, and now I'm doing it myself (this sounds very dirty :P :lol: ).
I'm still abit nervous but more confident that nothing really can go wrong.

So here is my normal day:

04h30 - wake up, pre workout and one Apple
05h00 - 06h30 gym
06h30 - 80gr whey 100% with 50gr mass shake and 10gr creatine
07h00 - x2 whole eggs, x4 egg whites and x2 rye slices with fat free cottage cheese
10h00 - 80gr whey and 20gr peanut butter
12h30 - 200gr chicken/lean mince or fish with cup of veggies or salad
15h00 - 80gr whey
19h30 - Same as lunch
21h00 - 80gr whey and 20gr peanut butter
