Crit my first cycle

Sup guys been lurking for a while researching and decided on this cycle pls comment..

Stats – Age: 25
Height: 1.82m
Weight: 79kg
Bodyfat: btwn 11-15 % using various formulas.

My main goal is to add solid lean size while dropping body fat a few percent. On a DJ diet aswell.

Cycle
Week 1-10 testcyp @ 500mg/wk
Week 1-4 tbol @ 40mg/day
Week 1-15 proviron @ 20mg/day (will up to 60mg/day during bridge to PCT)

Week 1-15 Adex @ 0.2 mg eod.

PCT – 36 days after last pin
Week 1: Clomid @ 100mg/day
Week 2-5: Nolvadex @ 20mg/day

Will take SAMe & milk thistle throughout cycle and PCT aswell

Now my main question is how important do you think it is to add HCG/ovidrel to the PCT. And how effective is adex at controling the estrogen sides compared to letro as price seems to suggest adex is far superior.

Any comments welcome.

you can up the dosage of the tbol tot 60mg.
20mg of proviron will not do anything up the dose to 40-60mg a day.
in your pct add some hcg every 2nd day when you start nolva @ 500iu a day.
Adex is much less harsh on your system than letro.it will control the side's very well.

Exactly what VonD said, but the reason Adex is more expensive is not because it's more effective because it's not. Instead the higher price is due it's popularity and little side-effects. I prefer adex myself due to the few sides.

And if i choose ovidrel over HCG what dosage and how long do i run it for?

Im sure i read somewhere on here that proviron at 20mg is an effective dose? Ill see how it goes and just up it if need be.

why do you want to use ovidrel???its not needed with this cycle.proviron needs to be run @ 40-60mg to be effective.

becoz i cant keep the HCG in the fridge the wife will have a hernia if she found out..i was under the impression ovidrel is better than HCG, if its not needed can i not just drop the HCG altogether as its my first cycle and not massivley supressive?

Best to do hcg gets nads working again properly. Wouldn't do the milk thistle, rather stick to essential or symilar type liver support

i'm doing a similar cycle in jan. I agree, run the OT at 60mg. Up your proviron to at least 40mg, I've used it at 20 and its too little. My opinion is replace the hcg with ovidrel, its more efficient at restarting your whole system. Some may tell you you don't need it, my opinion is don't take chances with your nads.
I haven't planned to run arimidex during the cycle, I don't think your cycle is heavy enough to need it but see what the more experienced guys say and take their advice.

I think many people have a misconception about ovidrel/HCG. Ovidrel is HCG, the difference being is that it is synthetic or man-made, manufactured in a lab from recombinant DNA. Ovidrel is also a lot more concentrated than pregnyl - more than 6 times the efficacy.

Both Ovidrel and Pregnyl are HCG and will be used for the same reason namely restoring natural testosterone production in the testes.

If this was my cycle, and first, I would drop the proviron (won't have much effect) extend the cycle to 12 weeks, and run the tbol at 60mg ed for 5weeks. Pct with only nolva and clomid will be sufficient
