im in my 2nd week of pct and some flu like systoms have hit me and i cant train cause no energy. my gains werent huge as it was a cutting cycle, but im worried i might loose the little that i made. some guidence gplease gents

Not much you can do. Your life is more important than a few kg's of muscle. You can't train while sick anyway so put your health first and take at least a week off

Never do a PCT without Vit E and C... Load Vit C up to 3 to 4 grams a day, and also drink plenty green tea, you may just nuke it if you start today and by Monday its gone.. Also sounds to me like you may have tried to train to hard during PCT, this is such a fragile time for the body with the hormonal changes... Take a week off if you have to so it doesn't get to your chest and make sure your diet is in tact now, you won't lose anything

Lol, I don't know about an injectable form of them, but you need 1000mg vit E and 3grams vit C... I should today bro, not ignoring you :)
