well firstly i would just like to say greetings to every1 on here as this is my first post!! i have been following the forum for the past week or so now and am very impressed with the advice given and help offered by all the members, i hope i can be helped just as much in the future, anyway onto the question,
i was reading through the sample cycles and the "equi powerhouse" is one i am addressing, my last course was basically a replica of this and i must say i am extremely impressed with the gains, my course differed slightly though and was as follows:
3x PGW super test 320
3x PGW equi 350
1x Test prop
120x proviron
pct was:
hcg
clomid
nolvadex
i ran it for 15 weeks (2ml of each a week, sundays and wednesday nyts was pinned)
though out the cycle i ran proviron just 1 tab a day,
after the 15th week i used the test prop 100mgEOD (roughly 2 weeks)
followed by 5000iu of hcg, waited 2 weeks before starting the clomid followed by the nolvadex..
i am currently 11weeks off course and very happy with my gains kept, i am currently 22,92kg's,9%bf on caliper,i gained around 3kgs of lean muscle. now for the question (sorry this is taking so long)
could i use the "equi powerhouse" and still expect gains as it was very similar to my previous course with anavar and another test prop being added now? with more ai's and pct's being used, (are they all necessary as i dont get any signs of gyno or breakouts) this will be my 4th course and looking to run it in another 6-8 weeks time in feb 2012. any advice would be very helpful.. another thing, as im looking to get hard and vascular, do you think adding pgw tren enanthate 150mg in, from week 5 to 15, at 1ml a week would aid in seeking my results, or too much for my system as it is already a rather potent course?? goals post cycle im looking to be about 95kgs with under 10% bf, i eat 5-6 solid meals a day +- 25-40g protein per meal, and hav 2 shakes (whey, and extreme mass) as i naturally got a fast metabolism and dnt get fat easily so i get away with the high calories... please ANY help weather good or bad will be appreciated!! thank you
