that sounds very scientific. can lean not also be defined as gains made that will more than likely not be lost?

normally when one speaks of doing a lean cycle you want to gain pure lean muscle with as little water as possible.

lean gains, adding on maintainable weight to your Lean body mass with out additional fat and water to loose when off cycle.

is lean gaining possible to do without using gear?
I would love to stay lean all year round, can one gain lean mass without going up by more than 2% bodyfat?

On average the muscle gain naturally a year is 2-4 kgs a year naturally, if u are gaining more muscle than that u are a genetic superior with an awesome diet and ability to put on decent muscle usless it is your first 2 years training...
