I need your advise please.

my stats

Height - 1.76
weight - 86
age - 24

i have done 2 cycles already both of them was

1- 10 weeks - test cyp
1- 4 weeks - dbol

pct = clomid + kessar

The results was good but i am still not satisfied , i have picked up around 7kg after the pct was done. NOW i need your advice for my 3rd cycle , i want to get nice lean bulking muscle please can you give me some examples for my 3rd cycle...thanks alot

something DJ got me thinking about is

week 1-3
300mg of prop a week(1ml 3x a week)
750mg of testen a week (2.5mls a week)
week 4-10
750mg testen a week
week 10-12
750mg testen a week
300mg prop a week
80mcg of clen(with betasleep)
week 13-14-15-16
300mg prop a week
40mg winny daily
20mg of yohimbine hcl daily
120mcg clen daily(with beta sleep)
week17-18
120mcg clen daily(with betasleep
20mg of yohimbine hcl daily
500iu HCG EOD.
week 19
50mg clomid 2x a day
week 20,21,22
20mg kessar
500iu HCG eod.

cycle 2
1ml masteron prop,1ml NPP,1ml test en 2x a week for 10 weeks
full doc pct 3 30 days after last pin

Hey bro. What were your cycle dosages?

A good cycle to do would be
Week 1-4 Dbol 40-50mg ed
Week 1-10 Test Enanthate 600mg pw
Week 1-10 NPP 300mg pw

I'm in week 7 and have picked up 8kg and only 1% bf but obviously diet is key here bro

hi gorilla 500mg test cyp a week and my dbol was 40mg a day

Are you gyno prone? Rather stay away from Deca at your bodyfat. Go EQ as it is a lean bulker.

In terms of actual action in the body, Eq doesn’t act much like Deca. In fact, Deca is a progestin and a 19-nor derived steroid whereas Eq is much more closely related to testosterone (being only one double bond different). Still, it’s very uncommon to see both of them in the same cycle, although there’s no real reason to avoid using the two together."

I suggest:

Week 1-14: Equipoise @ 600mg PW and Test Cyp @ 750mg PW
Week 1-3: Anapolan @ 50mg ED
Week 14-19: Test prop 100-150mg EOD
Week 14-21: Anavar or Winny
Week 22: PCT starts

Keep an Anti E on hand if nipples start puffing or itching . Dont use Winny longer than 6 weeks.

Jip pgw is good. Pct with nolva, clomid and hcg. Goodluck.

Go with what jakes said. But you could swap dbol for anapolan as you have used it twice before.

I am going to try Jakes cycle becuase of my budget , just u stupid question how long must you wait to start your next cycle , my 2nd cycle pct stopped on the 2 November 2011 , is it to fast to start my next cycle???

Time on + PCT = time off is rule of thumb.. You can get away with a 3 month break...

Time on + PCT = time off

you need to wait at least 4 months i think (after PCT)
