When to start was created by Oupiel
Hey everyone, been out of it for a couple of months due to broken fingers.

Long story short, some tosser rigged a dumbell balaning on the rack and as I grabbed the bastard it fell and crushed my fingers.

So I haven't trained for a while. I'm now well past my PCT from the last cycle, but I'm seriouly unfit and have lost plenty of strength.

Should I train naturally to a peak again before doing another cycle or should I just bomb ahead and try play catchup?

Please give reasons for your answers as I've been itching to go since I ended my last cycle & PCT, so after being set back I'm almost frothing at the mouth.

Oupiel that question applies on so many levels :) i reckon get fit again first b4 hitting a cycle for no other reason but to maximise what you get from the compounds ... no use in spending on gear and the results being sub what you expect normally ... my 2c

But i know where you coming from, been so busy at work over Nov/Dec havnt been training since then ... but same as you itching and it takes all my willpower not to plunge in head first to make up what i have lost

Hence, my advice .... patience

Nothing worth doing is ever easy.

Trying to regain your strength too quickly can put alot of strain on tendons and ligaments. Doing a cycle could only make this worse...

Your strength and size should come back reasonably quickly training naturally, and then you can hit a cycle when you feel comfortable back in the gym.

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

Agreed

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.
