Hi guys,

I would like some cycle ideas from you (the more experienced lot).

I'm at 93kg, 8.5% BF at the moment (mesomorph).
Been in the gym for years, only taking a break when I came down on my bike ... a sad day.

Eating habit is not as strict as I'd like it to be since I've relocated to good 'ol London, but more or less like this :

Oats in the morning (8am),
Toast with peanut butter (11am),
Eggs and toast (1pm),
Apple and N.O. Xplode 30 min before training at 3pm
Tin of tuna after training at 5pm,
Dinner at 8pm (pasta, chicken, steak or whatever is for dinner)

My previous cycle was Test Suspension and Winny Suspension with Oxymetholone and appropriate PCT.
I had decent gains with this, and almost no loss of weight afterwards.
The cycle before that was Test Prop and Deca with a lot of gains and some minor loss afterwards.

Can I have some ideas for a cycle of about 10-12 weeks. I'm not too worried about water retention at this stage, will take a lean mass cycle later this semester.

Hey bro, WTF would you wanna be doin in rainy ol' London. Summer is kickin in S.A. and them beach titties are makin my eyes sore!!!

So I take it your looking for a strait up bulk right? Firstly I don't think you eat enough, but I'm sure you realise that. I would seriously consider uping my cals and maybe trying to be a little stricter with what I eat.

As for the actual bulk nothing beats Dbol/Test/Deca in my eyes. I love that cycle. You've tried Deca so maybe you wanna swap it out for Tren? Dunno what dosages you've used before but what about
Dbol weeks 1-4 40mg
Deca weeks 1-11 400mg
Test (E/C) weeks 1-13 500mg
Pretty decent mass cycle in my eyes! B)
HCG 2weeks post cycle along with tamoxifen, then another 4-6 weeks tamoxifen (preferably long PCT unless your controlling progesterone).

You can swap out Deca for EQ if you want as well.

I see your last cycle was started three months ago... Hope your giving yourself enough time off bro. How was your recovery? I like the time on = time off principal.

Finished PCT on that cycle about a month ago, was a short one and recovery went well with gains holding :)

For now I'm just planning and getting some thoughts straight in my head. Want to settle into a better diet first and work on my new gym routine till I'm comfortable with it.

I've changed a bit from my normal routine, working in more intesive cardio (intervals) after the weight training.

Its knawing at me, but I'm doing the weight training now with a lot less resting time between reps, trying to keep it to 1 min.
Then its your basic muscle groups doing 4 sets of 8-12 reps, heavier each set.

I'm on 4 day splits :
Day 1 - Chest and triceps
Day 2 - Back and stomach (stomach every day actually, but more on this day)
Day 3 - Shoulders and biceps
Day 4 - Legs

Thoughts, comments ?

Yeah looks solid. What do you mean by stomach every day? I often leave out exercises that specifically target abdominals because I feel they get enough of a workout from the cardio and weight training I do anyways. How much cardio are you aiming for a week? You trying to shred up a bit?
