Hi Guys.

my stats

Height - 1.76
weight - 88
age - 24

i have done 2 cycles already both of them was

1- 10 weeks - test cyp
1- 4 weeks - dbol

pct = clomid + kessar

The results was good i have picked up around 7kg after the pct was done.


my 3rd cycle is (Jakes told to me to use theis cycle)

1-4week - Dianabol 40mg ed
1- 12 - Testen(pgw) 900mg ew

my diet is

meal 1 - 6 eggs white + 1 cup of oats
meal 2 - whey protein shake
meal 3 - 400g chicken breast
meal 4 - peanut butter + patats
meal 5 - 500g lean steak and veggies
meal 6 - nuts


i am on my 6th week now and i have picked up 2kg :( , i dont know what is wrong but i dont get any bigger now. i need your guys advise please ,do i need to change this cycle becuase it is definitely not working for me?? please help

500g steak and 400g chicken in each meal? thats to much, rather have 200g chicken in meal 4 and 250g steak in meal 6,then add in more fats,2 yolks with your eggs,nuts and peanut butter to your whey shake, almonds or olive chicken meals. u are under eating...

On training days
Breakfast - Carbs + Protein
Snack 10 - Protein + carbs
Lunch - protein and fats
Snack 3 - Protein and fats
Pre workout oats and raisins
Post workout Protein and carbs
Pre bed - protein and fats

well here we have it, are u guys listening to this shit, Jakes,Gorilla? look more juice doesnt mean more growth when your diet isnt up to scratch!!

Deftone : you need to up your calories a whole lot, increase your FOOD INTAKE and i bet you will grow like a weed.

Non Training days
First 3-4 Meals Protein and carbs
Next 2-3 Meals Protein and fats

Your eating is definitely the problem bud, like DJ said, get that sorted and you will see the results you want
