My first Cycle was created by Oosthuizen
Yo guys/gals i am running my first cycle well aware of the fact that i am too young to do so , that put aside i would like any suggestions and advice.

Week 1 - 4 - Winstrol 50mg E\D
Week 1 - 4 - Proviron 25mg E\D
Week 1 - 14 - Ananar 50mg E\D
Week 1 - 10 - Test E 2ml P\W

Letrozole as an AI 0.5mg EOD
Clen and ECA cycled 2 weeks clen , 2 weeks ECA

PCT starts 30 days after last shot of test using Clomid and Aromasin and Nolvadex for PCT

My Diet is:

Wake - Whey isolate

Breakfeast - 3 egg whites and one whole egg on Low GI brown bread

Mid-Morning - Chicken Breast and Whey Isolate

Lunch - 250g lean mince with one cup brown noodles and a can of tamatoes

Mid-Day - Chicken Breast and Whey Isolate

Dinner - Chicken Breast and a cup broccoli or 250g steak with one Sweet Potato

Before Bed - 100g of cottage cheese or casien shake

Post Workout - Whey isolate

I drink about 2L of greentea a day and 1L of rooibos

Please guys any advice i am verry new to this

Stats?

14 weeks of Var and with an extra 4 of winny. BIG NO NO.

Diet needs changes too

But stats first before any more advice is givin

Rather frontload with dbol/tbol than winstrol. 14 weeks for anavar is to long (and costly), cut that down to 6-8 weeks.

How old are you?

I would add Pregnyl to your PCT 14 weeks Var is a bit much I would say 8 weeks max.
You are under eating as well what are the weights of your food?

Anything else that you need?

its normally 200g to 300g chicken breasts

I am luckely only 4 days on my cycle so any changes that needs to be made can still be made easily if i am correct?

I'd suggest you drop the bf to atleast 13% naturally before even considering cycling. U don't need aas to get to 10%bf. Diet, cardio and fatburners will get you there easily.
You need to weight out all ur food and work out the macro's so you can see if ur over or under eating.

I'd stop the cycle right now, fix your diet and get your bf down

FIRST and most important get hold of DJ to sort your diet out. ********

You have started so your body is already at an imbalance, I would continue but make changes as stated above run Anavar from week 6-14 whilst waiting for PCT.

50 mg of winny , 50 mg anavar , 25 mg of proviron every day and a 0.5ml test e shot
i also started with letrozole a week before i started my cycle

I'd personally stop aswell. Its only 4 days and you can do a mini pct and be sorted.

But if you do decide to cont, alot of changes need to happen

I don't understand why you didn't come here before starting your cycle. I still recommend stopping and running Tamoxifen @ 20mg ED for a week.

and lets say i stop on what grounds would i have stopped ? is it only because of the bodyfat % ?

The thing is a buddy of mine have been running cycles alot and he made this one for me its only after i started that i thought of getting other peoples advice on this

The main reason is because of your lack of knowledge, you need to know what your doing before starting a cycle, your diet should be spot on well before starting a cycle. BF is to high. Whats your training?

The higher the bodyfat the higher the chances of estrogenic side-effects.

Plus in all honestly ur first cycle one wants to use it to bulk up not cut down, cuase ur best results/muscle gains come from your first cycle.

plus minus an hour i try to work it trough quick and i gym at a verry quiet gym so i do not have to wait on other people normally max 1:30h

and i must add i am not really going for a massive body builder look i am more going for the underwear model look that is also why i am doing a cutting cycle and not a bulk ( or rather that is my motivation behinde my whole dieet and cycle )
