Was thinking that maybe we should have a thread for noobs (like me) to get any idea of some prerequisites before going on a cycle, whether first second or tenth.
For eg; for me now I'm not only making sure that my diet is good but that I can stick to it for as long as an average cycle would last. I am also trying to get stronger and push heavier weights with good form - for eg; one should be able to squat and bench their own body weight before using gear, a broad statement I know but you know what I mean.
A major thing I have seen is that your BF% should be at least around 15%
The more experienced users can maybe shed some light on things that are forgotten, over looked or come in handy when on cycle.
So pretty much anything that can help someone prep themselves before buying gear and starting a cycle.
