Hi I would like to know when would be the best times during the day to take anavar.I am planning on using 60mg p/d and was planning on taking one 20mg cap first thing in the morning(not sure if I must take on empty stomach) then one 30min before I train (6pm) and then the last just before bed.Any advice please

my dog has the right idea...if ya cannot fight it, fcuk it or eat it....then piss on it

Take var with food or you may have really bad stomach cramps, I have tried both ways and it's no joke when they say take with food, so basically split the dose with your meals, 3 caps, 3 meals, try and space evenly

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.
