I know you said no sauces, but you mentioned mustard sauce? All the mustard sauces I've seen is high on carbs (probably the sugars they add). Is there a specific brand? Also, I've seen Bandito's sauce (the gunpowder one) that has 1.8g of carbs per 15ml serving. There is no added sugars (only ingredient on the bottle that may contain sugars / carbs is vinegar).Is 1.8g still too much?

Thats about it... No sauces on your food that contain carbs either.
