On the topic DJ, what is the maximum amount of carbs you can take in (at a time / per day) without getting knocked out of ketosis.

I know you said no sauces, but you mentioned mustard sauce? All the mustard sauces I've seen is high on carbs (probably the sugars they add). Is there a specific brand? Also, I've seen Bandito's sauce (the gunpowder one) that has 1.8g of carbs per 15ml serving. There is no added sugars (only ingredient on the bottle that may contain sugars / carbs is vinegar).Is 1.8g still too much?

you can't take in any direct sources of carbs, and I think more than 30-40gr will take you out.. I'm no keto expert though so that may be wrong haha

Bud I am not talking about mellow and mild squeezy kids mustard,I am talking whole grain,dijon or english mustard. That banditos will be fine

hi bench. the mustard sauce must be dijon only. very little. also some nados sauce also very little. i use abou 5-10ml.
once a day only on my chicken that is sometimes dry.

just see wich nandos is the one with the lower cals. cals in the garlic peri peri is very low. almost nothing.

If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

Day 5 and im dying for some carbs :dry: !! Dropped about 3kg but im sure most of it is water.

Im hot as hell today about 30C outside... Cant stop drinking water as my mouth is like a desert! 2 weeks in and lost 5kg in total.

Time to braai some steak njoy the off day.

Just cooked and ate 200g of basmati rice about 150g carbs... I cant eat more can i split it into 2 meals?

you dont have to eat 300grams of carbs. i eat 200grams in 1 meal a week to restore glycogen levels

Your right 3ed day my energy levels back to normal.

Using the whey iso only for the pass 3 days so im sure it will go beter next time around with limiting my carbs from 20g/day to about 10g/day with the iso

A little update about 8 weeks into diet and total lost at 12kg stil going strong. Down from size 40 to a 36 and the 36 jean starting to fall off had to buy a belt for it today. Im totaly high at life even the move from my hometown are not getting me down.
This is my first diet i ever followed think im hook on following a gram for gram diet

Will load up some befor and after pics when i can get to a pc.

Whant to thank every one for there input
