hi im 20 years old i weight 78kg's and im 1.56m tall. im looking to lose about 15kg's but at minimum 10kg's.im looking to lose weight and get ripped and judging on that i would want to bulk up for a while to increase size then rip down again. im looking for a diet plan and training plan that would speed up and enhance this process. i am able to work out 5days a week at any times for any amount of time. please if anyone could help me out. i would appreciate our help on this matter DJ.
guys if never been a gymer before and was never interested in building muscle. i have suddenly become over wellmed by looking really ripped and big. iv always played sport but never used to hit the gym. i would need examples of different foods to eat, 200g of protein really is like reading zulu to me so i need quite a bit of help. im very commited to this and am willing to push myself to achieve my goals.
