My diet needs some work was created by smally99
Hi guys..
So I'm came up with a diet which I know is not good so plz critizise my diet..
My goal is to reach 60+kg and to lean bulk
My stats:
21 years old
57kg
12percent bf( and I'm holding a stomach )
Height- 1.58


Meal1(preiworkout)
50gram oats and 3 eggs

Meal2(post workout)
2scoops and toasted steak and 2eggs

Meal3
100gchicken/fish +1 medium potato + 1Teaspoon olive oil

Meal4
2scoops massive muscle and 50g oats

Meal5
200gChicken/fish and 1teaspoon olive oil and 3eggs

Meal6
40gCheese and 1 egg and 2Teaspoons peanut butter

Ok drop the eggs pre and post work out, have whey here instead,swop the steak for chicken and have no fats here,rather have just carbs and protein pre and post work out, drop the cheese in your diet,have whey and peanut butter pre bed, not enough protein in that meal, instead of having 9 full eggs through out the day only have 2 yolks and 7 egg whites as 1 single meal.

Where can I put the 7whites n 2 yolks, in which meal number Or inbetween where ? And can I jus have a teaspoon of honey because I use honey in the winter to help with colds and fluz so I eat it everyday usually after lunch.
And please correct me if I'm wrong

Swap mral 4 and 3 around, have 7egg whites + 2 egg whites at meal 6
