DC EVO wrote: hahaha nicely done, that crash is epic and gives me such awesome sleep. Don't need any supps to help me sleep!

700 grams is a big night for me, I get night sweats from it, but again epic sleep. My wife also wonders how I manage to consume so much, and is also highly grateful that she owns a catering company!

If my girlfriend had to own a catering company i would be obese! No question! There are no sweets/chocolates/chips or cookies allowed in my house because i do not have restraint.

In your case i can just imagine those lovely pastries and stuff everywhere. Oh man! I might add a cheat night to my week. Thanks allot EVO!

PRs all over the damn place today! I grinned the whole way home knowing of the feast that was to come :)
Yes I think the next girl will have to be a chef or something. I think that is the secret to CBL.
EVO you are right about the sleep. I think I must have fell asleep during the descent, the split second before my head even hit the pillow haha. Best night's sleep in a very long time.

I'll be getting my BF% checked every 2 weeks to see how my body reacts to this. I'm starting PCT on Friday so that might aid in any fat gain OR CBL might help prevent fat during that time and help maintain the gains.

Awesome to hear dude.
Hopefully you'll know already what carbs react well with your body as that will help with keeping the body fat off and even dropping fat. It will be quite an important factor when transitioning through PCT and back to clean training.

dc evo how is the carb back loading going, are you still shedding fat and gaining muscle? would you have a different approach to this on cycle compared to off cycle?

@Michael

CBL is going great.

I'm probably not the best case study at the moment as I have scaled all my training back since the birth of my daughter 11 weeks ago. Sleep is obviously not good, so my recovery is also poor. I also cut out all conditioning.

Despite all this I've been hammering the carbs of an evening with all sorts of crap. Average night would be 500g carbs, every night!

Had by bf% done yesterday and in those 11 weeks I've put on 1% bf but lost no muscle.

So despite everything and the way I've been eating, only 1% increase is pretty remarkable.

I'm now going to get back on track with things as my daughter gets into a routine, and really see what CBL can do! On this basis though, it can do some awesome recomposition!

My back loads these days start with a good meal like extra lean mince and rice - LARGE PORTION

Then followed up later with donuts, jelly tots, chocolate, pastries, ice cream and anything else I can fit in!

No unfortunately not. Same as DC. Birth of my son 11 weeks ago so sleepless nights and training hasn't been priority. When I start again, ill have to do the 10 prep phase again

First off, congrats on the birth of your son :)

Secondly, you probably won't need to do a full 10 day depletion again. You're body has already completed that depletion phase recently so your adaptation time should be lower. Have 2 or 3 days hectic workouts and you will probably be depleted, by day 5 I'd estimate you're switch will have taken effect.

Carb up from night 6.
