meal plan structure

meal plan structure was created by damen09
i read dj's dieting 101 and took the meal plan as is:

meal 1: protein+carbs
meal 2: protein+fats
meal 3: protein+fats
meal 4: protein+carbs (pre work out)
meal 5: protein+carbs (post work out)
meal 6: protein plus fats



im only able to train from 5-7am each morning and maybe for an hour late night each day say 8pm. how should i shuffle my meals around to fix my diet up.

In the morning meal 1,2,3 will have carbs. The rest protein and fats. Then if training late at night your last 2 meals of the day with carbs.
