I also find straight tuna hard to get down.

What works for me is adding double portions of red beans(you can buy in a can) and butter beans(also in a can) from fruit and veg. Drain the beans slightly but leave some of the juices and mix with the tuna. I know its sounds vile but its amazing :)

2cans tuna 1/3 can red beans 1/3 can butter beans all mixed up and eaten at room temperature just finished eating mine :) lol you poep like a machine though but great way to help get enough protein and carbs in :)

@MCj lol you're a mad man wow

@aspoester lol ur gona poep like a machine haha sounnd intresting though could work as the aroma of the nbeans are as strong as that of the tuna

Wil try the tabasco now as that is what I have closest to me and believe it would be the same as the flakes almost

@mcj I'm a fish guy but 10sec wow take my hat off

Got my finance doing all the cooking haha but when she opens that cans of tuna she runs for the hills

I have tried the sachet tuna as well but its very rich and to little also paying R17 for a sachet that doesn't even have the same amount as one tin does get expensive

Lol

You can get off the tuna if you want, I know its covinient but you get canned chicken aswell. Even just some cooked in advance chicken or other white meat. I used to eat 2 cans a day but tataly off it right now.

Agreed, tuna isn't worth it.

Crazy idea, but I like it, take one tin of tuna and 2 eggs and fry in a dash of olive oil... like scrambled eggs... throw in some onions and tomato too if you like....

I sometimes get my hands on mayo that has zero carbs and zero calories then i let my tuna swim in that while i eat it lol... but that mayo is a lil expensive but def worth it!

I get it down easily when mixed in with some scrambled eggs or in a green salad, works like a charm every time.
