Corn thins was created by manery

Iam very busy during the day and find it hard to cook/prepare all these complex carbs. Would corn thins be a good substitute for another complex carb? There high in carbs, they dont waste my time and there cheap!

Rice cakes are easy,brown rice cakes would be best.

I use white rice in my diets,basmati rice has got a low gi, u get brown rice cakes,they are fine. I know these are corn but I am giving u a better alternative.

In all of the Jay Cutler videos I have seen, they show him eating dry white rice cakes but he sprinkles glutamine on them... Just throwing it out there... lol
