How do you guys feel about 3 days with 0-60g carbs and then 1 day with 400g carbs. Apparently this will make you grow more than regular bulking, but I can't see the logic in it?

I want to try this some time and need a little help with my diet, how does this look:

Meal 1:
4 Whole Eggs, 30g Whey, 1 Tbsp Olive/Coconut oil

Meal 2:
30g Whey, 50g Peanut butter

Meal 3:
150g Beef/Chicken, Green veg, 2 Tbsp olive oil

Meal 4:
150g Beef/Chicken, Green veg, 2 Tbsp olive oil

Meal 5: PRE-WORKOUT
2 Tbsp coconut oil

Meal 6: POST-WORKOUT
60g Scoops whey, creatine
40g Dextrose

Meal 7:
200g Beef/Chicken, Green veg, 2 Tbsp olive oil

Meal 8:
30g PB, 30g Whey

That for 3 days then my regular diet with about 400g carbs for one day and repeat. Any thoughts?

Lets go!

Bro after the carb backloading thread which is the most unconventional way of dieting, my advise would be to try and see. Nothing beats pratical experience. I mean if Kiefer after a long time on keto didn't succumb to temptation and stuff his face with 24 donuts till his stomach hurt Carb nite solution and Carb back loading may not have been born

What you suggesting sounds pretty simiar to carb nite solution where there is 1 or two carb ups a week
