Afternoon guys, been on the forum for a couple of months, not posting much. Have read through the stickies and thought I would post my diet, any recommendations / advice ?

Cycle History: Starting a 12 weeek NPP / Test En cycle in a few weeks time (4th cycle)
Aim: Lean bulk
Snack through the day: 25g Almonds and 25g Cashews

6 full eggs
3 slices whole wheat toast

Meal 2
50g whey
30g peanut butter
40g oats
Meal 3
200g chicken
1.5 cup veg
Meal 4
200g chicken
1.5 cup veg
pre workout
150g oats + 40g raisins
post workout
50g whey + 50g dextrose
1 hour post workout
300g basmati rice
200g Sirlion
pre bed
50g whey
30g peanut butter
