Afternoon guys, been on the forum for a couple of months, not posting much. Have read through the stickies and thought I would post my diet, any recommendations / advice ?

Height: 1.95m
Weight: 95.8kg
Body fat: 11% (Caliper)
Cycle History: Starting a 12 weeek NPP / Test En cycle in a few weeks time (4th cycle)
Aim: Lean bulk
Snack through the day: 25g Almonds and 25g Cashews

Meal 1
6 full eggs
3 slices whole wheat toast
30g whey

Meal 2
50g whey
30g peanut butter
40g oats

Meal 3
200g chicken
1.5 cup veg

Meal 4
200g chicken
1.5 cup veg

pre workout
150g oats + 40g raisins

post workout
50g whey + 50g dextrose

1 hour post workout
300g basmati rice
200g Sirlion

pre bed
50g whey
30g peanut butter

add some whites in meal one, dont just use whole eggs, the yolks contain a lot of fat. also drop the toast and add some oats in the same meal

@ rsvp01, what do you suggest, 75gr oats to replace the toast and another 4 whites ?

Meal 1: what rvp01 said
Meal 2: add whole meal if you can or switch with meal 3. try not to eat carbs with fats
1 hour pw: drop the sirloin, add chicken.
pre bed: 200g sirloin

Fats should be kept minimum before and after training. So no snack at pre workout and 1hr post workout.
