To do what people say that cannot be done.... What's the craziest thing you have done to rapidly cut some fat? Or any thing weird you have done in your diet? Any ideas come to mind? Please post them here!

Never feel sorry for yourself... Even if you're training hard, he might be training twice as hard. You just gotta keep coming back stronger.

I drank two tins of tuna in water because I didn't have chicken for a meal. I gagged with every mouth full but i finished it :)
But if you rapidly trying to drop fat then you will sacrifice muslce.. so not really a good idea!
I did drop 5kgs in 2 weeks with out any stimulants. Just from diet and cardio. Nothing special really.

aaaahhh!.... youth! I remember the days when i dropped 2 kgs when Spring arrived! The Swallows arive and the fat drops.

Not so anymore!:S

dude didnt u hear,when the swallow arrives your chick gets a high protein meal ;)

just a little fact speaking of swallow, did u know that a male sperm whale ejactulates 30galons of sperm every time he busts his load,and only 2 gallons only reach the female whale...now u know why the sea is so salty ;)

Please don't flame me for this!
First of all I'm about 1.88m tall and weigh 95kg. My bodyfat is 13%.
I have never seen my abs before and I'm so desperate to have single digit bodyfat. I'm looking to have between 6-8% bodyfat.
I train hard 3x a week (Stronglifts 5x5). I don't really have a strict diet. I still eat 6 meals a day and get in about 200g protein each day.
I'm willing to do an extreme diet. I know I will lose muscle, but I just want to be ripped. I don't want to look big in clothes and when I take my shirt off I don't even look like I go to the gym.
Anything will be helpful. Thanks.

ok animalpak07,here is goes... you dont have to loose muscle to get ripped if u take a logical approach... 1.88 95kgs and 13% fat and only eating 200g of protein a day? u are never gonna get the desired results. your goal should be to get down to about 87kgs. so aim to get to that. but now u gotta work out your calorie intake,i have posted up plenty info in the dieting and contest prep section...go look there and u will be good to go...

Maybe its the blob% machine at Virgin, but at 13% i was just needing to lose a bit in the middle before the lower abs could show. Upper abs already defined. Veins on lower sides already out etc.
Are you sure about the 13%

Thanks dj for the advice.
Yeah, got it tested a while ago. I can see the upper 4 abs when I flex them, but not visible otherwise. The most fat I have is lower down. And the love handles. Which I despise! Haha
