Implement some light cardio in the mornings. I also struggled in the beginning, but you get used to quite quickly

I only get my carbs from the whey, nuts and brocily and some spice. I try and keep it under 20g of carbs.

my carbs are usually less than 40grams. i did start using HEAT yesterday. maybe it blunts hunger.
what macro ratio do you use on your keto and what foods do you eat alot of? @ Byron182

About 40:60 protien:fat

7eggs with 2 of them whole
80-100g whey
200g chicken
200g red meat

50-70g bricoly
30g almonds
50g peanut butter
60-90ml magnut/olive oil

haha, now i kinda wish that all my protein sources were some form of chocolate milk shake! one piece of brocoli feels like a small tree :lol:
at least a boiled egg goes down easily! none of you advise the use of coconut oil on my keto?

Macadamia nut oil yes you can get it there for a arm and a leg. You will have to shop around i can get it for R47/L in polokwane.
