This might be somewhat of a silly question... but how are 2 minute noodles for carbs? Bad? Good? indifferent?

The ones in the cupboard at my house are 517mg sodium / 100g. Energy 474kj/100g. Carbs 23g/100g. Is the sodium high?

Don't speak about karma... people get upset :P

Haha yeah probably one comment and then boom look at it now! :lol:
In two minute noodles the problem is that it is extremely processed, just like any other instant meal. So the carbohydrate you are getting is not the natural whole grain that your body needs to process by itself, but rather a very high GI carb that is in and out of your system in 30 mins. This will definately not feed your muscles. Also the sodium makes me my stomache bloat like a balloon.

why do people like 2min noodles? coz its an easy, quick snack right?
go for oats. takes 2mins to cook in the microwave. nice clean carbs and with some raisins, very tastey

I was using them as a carb source for some energy before gym...
So my wife bought like 20 packets of the things...
