My Story

This is my Story:
In Sept 2011 I decided to get back onto the band wagon and lose some weight.
At the time my weight was 122kg at 1,76m . But get this; In 2009 DJ emailed me a diet and gym program, think I paid R150 at the time not sure. Shortly after he mailed me the diet I fell sick with chest pain and hart gland inflammation. I was hospitalised and never really got to use the diet. Any way Sept last year I got the old emails and thought hay let me try this. I know weight 96Kg. I don’t use any supplements or fat burners, I eat clean. Food cannot be replaced by any supplement (that’s my take). Never felt better in my life. Thought I share my story.

Shot, Thx Guys. Hi DJ u probably don’t remember me but I still have the emails u send me with the diet and training program. Thx DJ ,the money I paid for the diet and program was well spent. I only followed the programme ,no supplements .
