How much nutritional value does frozen veg actually have compared to freshly bought veg?

The veggies are normally blanched before freezing to lock in nutrients and flavour, it depends on how you cook it if you boil it for long then more nutrients and flavour will come out the veg, but if you boil it quickly or better steam it most of the nutrients and flavour stays in.

With hard work and dedication you can achieve anything!

Ok kewl. I just chuck it in the micro for 2 minutes. Like my veg still crispy. I even do my sweet potato in the micro. Put the sweet potato in a plastic carrier bag (checkers bag or what ever) and the stick on high for 5 minutes Quick and easy.

Yes that's perfect bro. Don't boil your veggies because all of the nutrients go into the water one throws down the drain. I can't remember where but I read that veggies that are frozen contain exactly the same amount of nutrients that fresh ones do.

Lol bro! 2 min in the micro if the veg is defrosted. Very crispy still. Luckily I like my veg. I think its a mind set... Anything that's good for me I want to chow. I've made some drastic changes in my diet and lifestyle. Quit smoking drink very little and training like a mofo! And the results are coming. Dropping fat every week!
