No its not about my cycle...
(btw just pinned 2ml cyp in the bum)

www.buzzle.com/articles/food-digestion-time.html

Okay this is really puzzling me, I eat raisins like an hour pre workout with oats, honey and some milk(fat free). Now it says that raisins stay in the stomach for 120min?

When is insulin spiked?
Whats the point of pre workout carbs if insulin only spike after 120mins? (If im thinking correct)

Please help guys, especially dj ;)

Im not gonna stop eating carbs all of a sudden cos the oats and raisin story does give me energy and it does help me gain!

I don't quite know all of that to be honest, here is a logical explination in my way of seeing it, now if u eat your pre work out meal 1 hour before training, that means your food has been in your gut for 60mins, you are about to perfom a 60min weight training session, which means the constant digestion of the food in the gut giving you sustained energy through out the weight training session... There is also fiber in raisins and oats that will slow that down and have less effect on allowing the carbs to break down into glucose and entering the blood stream causing slow sustained energy release... Just because its in the gut for 120mins doesn't always mean it will be digesting for that long, it might take 30mins to digest but 90mins to pass out the stomach into the intestines...my logic on it to be honest.

Thanks dj that makes alot of sense hey...

And i also think they cant say that is the time the food is gonna be in the gut because everyone is different...

The thing is if I miss that meal, my workout is kak, so imo that is proof that my body uses the food for energy!

Thanks again for clearing things up! Jou doring ;)
