This thread has gone off on a tangent. I'm not asking which is the most accurate method to measure bodyfat.
I'm asking roughly how far off are the Virgin Active machines (+/-%)(from someone who knows their true bodyfat) ?

how exactly does that virgin active gadget measure body fat anyways? anyone know the science behind it? i think its just a con...showing people what they want to see
