I had another thread, but can't seem to find it on my tablet.
I've been in a keto based diet for around 5 weeks, and would now like to supplement it with fat loss products. I'm currently at 99kg, 18%bf all stuck around the midsection. I'd like to drop down to around 10% so I can start proper training, it's been a long year dropping from 33%bf.
The diet is Dave Palumbo's, and works out to around 2500 calories split 51p/5c/44f %.
Now, bearing in mind I do weight training at 6am, and light walking at 6pm., any advice on how to structure taking clen, heat and yohimbine?
At the moment I figure slowly push the clen up to 120 in the first two weeks, switch over to heat for two weeks, then repeat, all the time taking yohimbine?
And like to be rid of the weight in September sometime.
