good evening gentlemen,
i have a bit of a question for the diet kings and basically looking to pass me some tips and hints if they would be so king as to share some with me,
here is my situation;
i am 4 weeks away from doing a photoshoot for the girlfriends portfolio, and yes, iv planned it that my cycle ends this week, (testen 900mg pw, npp 450mg pw) and i start my bridge now for the next 30 days, consisting of 50mg winny, 60mg proviron and a vial of pgw test prop 100mg eod, i also have reverzine ill be taking 0.5ml ed ... i am 94kgs at +- 8-9 % bf , 1.83m tall
cardio is fasted in the mornings, 5km/h on 10% incline for 30min, the reverzine gets the HR going big time..
diet is from dj, carb cycling till then...
so my question really is are there any tip sand tricks i can use to get that extra edge and hardness? ...
i was suggested a sodium manipulation (if i can call it that, im not sure) as follows:
last week before shoot (being a sunday)
monday - thursday = salt on my food and 8lts of water a day
friday = no salt 4lts of water a day
saturday = no salt 2lts of water a day
sunday morning 1 carb meal (75g oats, 30g raisins, 1 banana)
then followed by 200g chicken + brocolli every 3 hours till the shoot
supplement wise;
friday and saturday
4000mg vit c a day
4 potassium tabs
4 dandelion root tabs
i was also advised to take a diaretic 1 hour before cutting water on sat nyt but i dont think im going too, i dont know where to get first of all, and im not that desperate..
ps. dont give me flak about the above suggestion, it was not made by me, and ill proudly say i know nothing about dieting to get hard. so all input is welcome please. shot for reading my little story, hope to get some decent feed back
