You might get mixed opinions especially on the milk. I have 4-5 cups a day (decaf after 3pm) with milk and I'm still loosing a good amount of weight at a consistent rate.

If you take stimulants it's best to drink decaffeinated coffee, but since you are not trying to loose weight it will not be a problem. 5ml of milk is not even going to make the slightest difference even to someone dieting.

These nutrition charts on products are not even close to the actual nutritional value of the product and I got this info from an insider working at one of the labs testing nutritional values of food products.

Interesting ... So what's a reliable source? I usually use the product labels as many products are specific to SA.

You will never know for sure what you eat, but you can use still use the info on the product label as a guideline. It will never be close to accurate at all since food products are different from batch to batch or even product to product.

One chicken will eat more worms than the other so it's eggs will be different to one that ate more seeds and so on.

Ah ... Ok.... Thought it was some huge discrepancy between labels and actual content.

In my opinion coffee is fine, it doesn't affect me at all but I only drink like a cup a day! For normal guys who aren't preparing for a comp and just want to get or maintain their physique coffee won't hurt!

Just throw in fat free milk with sweetener (The SPAR sweetener tastes like heaven)

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you

Good coffee and a really fine bottle of red wine is probably my 2 favourite things in life. I don't consume much alcohol but drink 6 to 8 freshly grinded and brewed cups of java a day. Don't take it with milk or sugar so i hope it is fine. If its not fine i will take it on the chin

I like to take greentea, rooibos tea and sometimes add peach tea in a pot and boil, this ill have with soy milk(no carbs) or Ill have it with some raw whey...I know the whey denatures, but I still think its better than milk...

Yup green tea all day. Two sometimes three bags at a time because I love the taste so much and it suppresses my appetite. Coffee is saved for when I'm craving something sweet.

So long as you're talking about filter coffee-instant coffee has a lot of dextrose mixed in +/- 60- 70% carbs depending on brand, can add up esp on keto diet

Yes all instant coffee has carbs to some extent-cheaper ones are worse like Ricoffy and Frisco as they have have more fillers but they all do to an extent-filter coffee is pure ground coffee where there water filters through the pure coffee for the flavour
