keto diet after cycle

Wats up guys

Just finished my cycle consisting of test cyp only for 10 weeks at 500mg per week. My last pin was 3 weeks ago with 2 weeks left till PCT.

So I was wondering if I could go onto a keto diet in order to lean out or is it still to soon after my cycle? If so when would be the best time?

You are doing PCT in two weeks so why bother with keto now? You shouldn't cut calories through your PCT otherwise you may end up losing some or even most of the gains you made while on the test. At least that is how I understand it. If you just do the keto for these next 2 weeks then most of the weight loss will be water but you will probably gain that back once you get into your PCT.

I was planning on doing keto for about six weeks....not just for the two weeks before pct. It makes sense to rather keep the calories high through pct.

So u think its a bad idea to cut the calories so soon while I'm still shut down?

I just think its pointless to do keto for 2 weeks only to have to up your calories again for anther 4 weeks. There is zero benefit to that. Wait until your PCT is complete, see how you feel and go from there.
