A buddy loves to workout by cant workout long bc he starts feeling real tired n dizzy, I'm guessing his blood sugar is dropping! Tell him to have a slow digesting and fasr digesting carb source 45mins before training,this will help with any crashing, also have alpha lipolic acid and chromium with this meal to keep blood sugar levels stable,throw in some cinnamon too to help.
