Few in the light mayo i worked it out and i can have 1tsp a day and still stay under my 30g carbs a day.

Are you guys struggling with whole eggs, or egg whites? I have five whole and four whites daily for breakfast scrambled with a little bit of rice spice .. Goes down fairly easy.

Site says R95, think its 1.5L....
