appetite suppressant

Hi Guys

Does anyone know of a good over the counter appetite suppressant that doesn’t have stimulants?

I eat well throughout the day, but tend to start craving lekker foods at night.

Anyone know of an appetite suppressant that actually works?!

i struggle to get all my food in already, so i dont know, but something i have heard, if u crave something, then dring some diet soda, or a whey protien shake mix with a tablespoon of natural pbutter.

I take any kind of peanut butter in my whey shakes. You mentioned natural peanut butter and in another post someone spoke about sugar-free peanut butter. Where do you buy these products?

Seen a sugar-free by Yum/Yum. Then theres the Woolies one as well.

To much protein will put the kidney's under stress, i don't think much tho..
just keep your water intake up. And if you suddenly increase to a huge amount you'll more than likely get stomach cramps and the shits..

novice,i was consuming 400g + protein and i was fine, if u are drinking loads of water and taking milkthistle u will be fine in my opinion. Mazzal if u have a nice chemist go to him and ask him for Duromine 30mg. its a brilliant appetite suppressant and is usually given to seriously obese people or people like skyth who will have hunger pains when he decarbs...if your chemist wont give it to u get the GP to perscribe it to u...

about peanut butter, all the ones u get in the supermarkets, if u turn them upside down, does the pbutter come out...? no, u know y, coz they use a process to stiffen the pbutter, so then it becomes hydrogenated fat, and that my friend, is far wors than any other fat!!!!

i know thokoman's pbutter use to get some oil on top of the bottle, but not anymore, they also now use the process, so its no unsaturated fat, its hydrogenated fat!!! (if any fat is solid at room temp its saturated, or it have more saturated fat than unsaturated fat, if its liqued at room temp, then it has more unsaturated good fat than saturated bad fat, or its all unsaturated fat.

they hydrogenate it coz pple dont like to smear there bread with pure liqued, its gross,and a mess.
