Calorie counting Spread sheet

Hey guys, there was a great excel spreadsheet floating around these parts at one time for counting your calories and macros and stuff. Anyone got one to send me, I deleted mine accidentally.

Thanks a ton, that looks very helpfull,... have some "K",
but not the one I was referring to. The one I had would allow you to calc your calories on the first page, and then based
on the database of foods page, you would work out all your meals for the week/day.

If you jippo the the workbook pswd you can take out all the
unnecessary stuff and customize.
