Diet made all the difference. was created by Norris7
Howzit guys.

You might remember my other thread I made a couple of days ago saying how I was ready to start my first cycle.

What I got was advice to improve my diet 100% first only then should I start.

So I listened to the pros and delayed my cycle for a couple of months.

Now I have been hitting the gym for 4 year straight and 3 of thous year have been "seriously"

The thing was, that I was not eating as I should have been and would have 3 eggs and some oats before gym then would have a mass gainer and some SSN-creamass post work out.

I was literally living off supplements, whey, mass gainers,pre-work outs, creatine transport systems and test boosters,I must have spent thousands of Rands worth on supps.

I managed to get my weight up from 75 to 85 over thous 4 years that way,but I still never really got my strength and size up as much as one would expect.

But after being told to improve my diet I sat down and made up a "clean" bulking diet that I printed and stuck onto the back of the kitchen door.

I have been following the diet religiously for the past 2 days and have been eating a good solid meal every 2 hours full of low gi cabs and a good source of protein.

I know its only been 2 days but let me tell you right now,I am SO glad that I listened to the guys on the forum!

I feel 100% better inside the gym and out,I just feel generally more healthy and energetic,I feel amazing in the
gym, full of real clean energy and I dont get tired and worn out half way through any more.

Feels like I can go on forever, its like a "clean" steady pre-work out that delivers sustained energy that never
ends in a crash.

My strength is up as well and my recovery is better than ever!

The best part is that that this is only after 2 days! cant wait to see what its like after a month or two.

I am now able to put on more muscle naturally rather than going onto juice and hitting a plateau, now I will hit a
cycle only once I have reached a plateau naturally and the roids will help me break through it.

I am also saving a lot more money now that I am not buying bs supplements any more.

Just some whey and creatine.

So to all the noobs reading this at the moment,do your self a favor and listen to the guys here, they know that they talking about!

You will see lots of posts of noobs asking what are the best supplements stacks and what not,the majority of the replies will be "spend more money on whole food instead of supps" and I couldn't agree more!

Its amazing the difference it makes!

I will now only start my cycle when I feel that I have pushed my body to its natural limits.

So in closing do your self a favor and listen to what people have to say,and NEVER replace good whole food for powder in a bucket.

Sorry for the long post

Amen! I am going to refer all the Deca/Sus guys to this thread from now on. Even though I really want to I can't give someone karma for sticking to something for 2 days. But karma awaits if you stick to it for 3 months and get some decent results. Will give you a thank you. I was a big advocate of supplements myself but now it's all about whole foods. Also only stock Whey and Creatine, but you can add some BCAA's and L-Carnitine if you'd like they actually work.

Great feedback. Please follow up in this thread with a progress update when you start packing on the pounds. It'll be good to have a thread to refer newbies to who don't want to listen when we tell them to read DJ's dieting stickies.

Thanks guys.

As you said its only been two days but I am hooked on it and dont think I will be letting this eating plan go for a while.

I will defiantly keep this thread updated with the gains that I make.

If its worth doing, its worth doing properly.
