Heavier weights stimulate more muscle growth. More muscle growth means and increased metabolism. My rep range is between 4 to 6 achieving failure on rep 5 or 6

As heavy as you can go for 8-10 reps.

High reps low weight is bs training! Despite what diet you're on, your should always train with weights that are heavy for you with high intensity

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you
