Does this entitle us to one free diet coupon?

Chicken
Brown Rice/Sweet potato
Salmon/Fish/evePrimrose/Olive/Flax - oil

Kudu biltong
Chocolate/sweets/cppkies - all the stuff the kids have in the pantry!

Whole wheat bread without a dash of marge? Margarine.

Know the weight +-, no scales. Know +- what i need and try to stick to that.

The cheats i'm struggling with. Those goodies in the pantry have to go!

Almost forgot = Alchohol! Beer during rugby, Red wine when chatting to my old man, malt Whisky for sundowners, Tequila when jolling...

Sadly, i'm on cycle - so 3 weeks off the sauce already.

Chicken
Brown rice/oats
Peanutbutter/fish oil/almonds/olive oil etc

Favourite source of protein, a good steak every once in a while is a nice change from the masses of chicken.

I weigh my food, but not veggies or fruit thats a bit extreme but protein, carbs and fats I weigh. If I don't I seem to judge to little and then I don't get the calories I need. I try have one cheat meal but it usually is 2 a week. Although this easter weekend my diet went out the window hahaha.

Chicken
Oats
Peanut butter/Almonds/Primrose

My favourite proteins are Chicken,Beef Fillet and eggs. Could not just choose 1.

I dont weigh my food, i tend to trust the label!

My cheat days are Sat and Sun( but by Sunday lunch i feel so guilty), I buy my kids sweets and then i eat them.
The easter eggs were calling big time this weekend!

Protein: Lean steak, Ostrich, Koedoe (Kudu for the English guys) and Chicken breast
Carbohydrates: Oats, Potatoes
Fat sources: Peanut butter, Nuts

Favourite Protein: Steak
Favourite Carbohydrate: Oats

I don't really weigh my food and don't count calories as I'm not competing at this stage. I had some chocolates (Easter bunnies and eggs) this weekend, but from today I will be clean again...

BTW: As dj told me, only eat the Easter egg whites...

On the carb load about 720g carbs same amount of protien during the week lower the fats to about 72 grams. This will allow for the body to lose muscle according to an artilce i found on bodybuilding .com check it out.

I eat four-five differing protein sources daily giving me the widest possible amino acid gene pool in my body.

They are , egg whites, tuna or pilchards, chicken breast, whey protein, red meat and sometimes cottage cheese.

Eating a lot of brown rice and whole wheat pasta.

Eliminate all visible fats but supplement daily with 3g efa, also get fats from pilchards.

Generally diet is solid mon to friday, wheels start reattling alittle on sat but sun they come right off and i eat whatever is going and generally just make sure that i eat about 300g of protein seven days a week!oh yes been on this diet for say ten tears bodyfat rarely climbs over ten percent but maybe it has this weekend as banged a whole box of those marshmallow eggs, lol!

Favoutirte cheat at this point is KFC crispy strips they the bomb and you still get your protein its a winner!

Hey dj,

My email address is EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED.

But 1g of protein per pound of body weight should be fine?
I’m 85kg 15 to 17 per cent body fat and 177cm in height. My BMI should be around 72kg if the calculator on bodybuilding.com is correct? Dj I would appreciate if could assist me is producing a keto diet that you think would work I prefer a keto diet cause its easier to manage for me especially when it comes to dieting at work.

I what to drop the fat to about 6% and keep as much muscle during the the keto period as possible.
Current cals per day consumed 2400.

13h00 - 2 tins shredded tuna in water (With minimal cheddar cheese and onion)
1 Green apple.
