I use a lemon spice, garlic paste and thyme. I tend to pre-marinade all my chicken and freeze - find it to be tastier.

I usually just enjoy my chicken breast whole with brown rice and avo. If time allows, I'll cut it up and braize it with onions and peppers, and prepare like a bryani.

So everyone knows the George Foreman grill, and most health concious people have grills of some sort to drain excess fat. I don't, so what I do is I have a snackwhich machine (I don't eat bread I promise) and it's teflon coated, so I put on some spray and cook and but the boobs in there. Cooks solid fillets fast. Ofcourse you can use it other meats as well, maybe the full benefit can be had from grilling red meat like this. Waffle machine and the like also work. Ok well not a recipe, but an easy and healthy way to cook meat! :P

I've recently stopped using the George Foreman as it always burns my chicken and tends to give off too much smoke. Or perhaps I'm just doing something wrong?

Are the moment, I fry my chicken in some olive oil

I spray spray and cook on my george foreman and its 100%...

I had an old one that gave the same problem you have, but the thing is, you have to wash it every time directly after use with a soft sponge...

Hey bud here we go , slice open boob ( like you would a breadroll, leavi ng it still attached on one side) them you can stuff it.
I fry onions, garlic, ginger( you get garlic and ginger already crushed and mixed together) add some dry mix herbs while frying off the onions and dont forget salt and pepper. Stuff the boob with the fried onion mix and close off with a few toothpicks. Fry on each side till brown ( MAYBE 2 MIN A SIDE). Then mix 100ml white wine and 100ml water in a jug and add half to the frying chicken, cover and simmer for 10 min with lid on turning occasionally and if the pan starts to dry up add the rest of the whine and water mix.

Another one, slice the boob in small strips then grind salt, pepper, corriander seeds, bay leaves (2) , and your favorite spice. Add garlic and a little chilli to the ground spices. Then chop some flat leaf parsley( the curley one will be ok but the flat leaf or italian parsley has better flavour) and add it to the spice and garlic mix. Then add 1 tbs woestershire sauce and 2 tbs lemon juice( the lemon juice helps to tenderise the boob and slicing it thin allows it to penetrate rite through the slices.) Use this as a maranade and maranade for a minimum of 30 min.

Why not try this iman. Poach it in the salt pepper and chicken spice like you do but then add some stock powder or a stock cube to the water , put some garlic in 2 tsp add 4 big stems of rosmary and tyme ( dont cut it up just bash it a bit before adding it to the water) . Then taste the difference from a few small changes its effortless and will taste good.

Chop them up, fry them in a non-stick pan and then enjoy with a bit of Nando's Peri-peri sauce. That's about it for me

I've been using Knor's 'chicken in a bag' lately. Add 600g chicken and and some sweet potato and one small onion and throw in the oven for 35 mins. The roast chicken flavour is pretty good. The juicy flavoured sweet potato makes a nice change to the usual microwaved sweet potato.

I bought one of those steamers with the different layers I put either chicken or fish with seasoning in the bottom then potatoes or rice in the next level and veg on top. It works a treat... Easy to clean and taste good.
