I'm almost finished week 6 of a strict cutting diet, added clen and yohimbe, today being my 5th day at full dose (120mg & 20mg).

I dose first thing in the morning and then have my first meal about 40min later. I train after work at about 18.00.

Sides have been totally manageable with the usual clen shakes being most prominent. This is my first time taking yohimbe and I can't say I notice additional side effects over and above the clen sides.

Today being Saturday, I took the clen and yoh, ate and then hit the gym about an hour later for legs. Sides from clen were still pretty evident at the time.

Anyway, I ended up not having a good workout, sweated much more than usual and got out of breath really quickly with most lifts going down from previous weeks. For squats and straight leg deads I had to lower my weight and increase my reps to try and compensate, and at one time I felt my heart beating in my throat. Obviously I held back then and slowed things down, skipped one of my planned exercises and finished off with 30 min very light cardio, feeling very flat.

Anyone have similar experiences or can offer any advice? Did I do the right thing by scaling down, or should I have forced myself to barrel on. Maybe I should have stopped completely?

Did I perhaps not feed myself enough? (For some stupid reason I didn't include simple carbs with my breakfast. I drank my shake halfway through the session as it had dextrose in it and I felt as if I needed it).

FTR, I'm happy with my diet so far, just over 4kg lost in 6 weeks. Lifts went down first week, then back to previous level in week 2. After that some lifts increased.

Plan on carrying on till end of Nov when I have to travel overseas.

what does your diet look like? 4kgs in 6 weeks? I am down 12 kgs in 8 weeks and still getting stronger. have had 3 crap work outs in 8weeks.

you need to start eating the same thing every day, no breads,no ready made meals plain simple food. no energy bars and all that other shit. 5 meals a day 7 on work out days, 30mins of cardio every day, your diet is all over the show as you are not having prepared meals and having convenient "health" food

As I said, I was out of town for work Monday to Wednesday, my diet is usually much more structured and better planned but due to not having a kitchen I had to make do as best I could.

I posted those exact meals as it might have been relevant to the events on Saturday?

I am doing cardio everyday.

Even though I had to hold back a bit during yesterdays gym session the DOMS is pretty intense today.

Had another bad session this evening, felt extremely tired and slightly nauseous. Had to cut my cardio session down by 10min as well.

Either I'm burning out or I'm getting sick. :S

Not sure about that. Training is the highlight of my day and I've made some great progress over the last few months, so my motivation levels are pretty right now (although having a shitty workout doesn't help).

Either 2 slices (80g) whole grain brown bread + 100g baked beans, or 60g oats + 25g raisins + 0.5 Tbs honey + 35g whey.

I've dropped the bread and beans now (on DJ's advice).

In any event, seems I have a mild cold though, woke up this morning sneezing with a snotty nose, mild headache etc.

I really don't want to skip any sessions, will see how I feel later today.
