Hi Guys.

I need some advise please. I currently weigh 93 kg, 1.8m tall. I read a article about calorie intake that was posted by Doctori that greatly shows how to calculate what to eat for your weight against amount of training. I want to pick up lean muscle mass, with as little as fat possible.

Any advise on how to do this, bearing in mind that I am counting calories and eating a higher Prot/Carb/Fat ratio. Currently I am trying to eat just a bit more calories than I need to maintain my current weight in a atempt to gain muscle mass.

My fat % is about 10%. I would like to get this down to 8%, but pick up muscle. Is it better to first pick up wieght and then cut down, or can you actually pick up muscle while maintaining my current fat %.

All replies welcome.

Cutting and building is difficult to do at the sametime...come down a bit with the starchy carbs if u pick up fat unless u try a Keto and cardio....alternatively contact DJ for a diet.

Even when lean bulking you will always gain some fat. I would lean out first then adjust diet to a surplus for a bulk. You don't want your body fat getting out of hand as this will make your next cut harder. Also dropping fat and building muscle at the same time off cycle just does not happen. Just my 2c.
