hey guys

ive created a diet, well actually its an adapaption of a DJ diet rather than my own creation.

ive calculated my maintenance calories to be around 2300. the diet im planning is 1950 calories, 78g of fat, 180g protein and 135g of carbs. i would post the exact diet but seeings though its basically a DJ diet that wouldnt be fair. just want to hear your guys thoughts on the macros and calories?
stats 175cm 85KG +- 15% BF

Im sure no one wants to talk when it comes to a DJ diet... Hehe maybe send him a email with the diet you got planed and hope for the best.

The diet dj gave me the macros and calories were completely different. DJ gave me a bulking diet

Seems solid dude, im sure you are having your carbs all around workout time, the cals also looks fine. Best is to just start and see how your body responds to it! Just keep your training intensity high.

How much cardio are you planning on doing?

I did 60min fasted cardio per day this week but feel its overkill, think 40 is a sweet spot.
