intermittent fasting???

Hi Gents

Being doing alot of research on this IF type of eating system and before starting "my plan of action" using this style of eating, I was wondering if some of the expirienced forum members with type of eating plan could give me some feedback (result obtained..),thanks and any feeback would be apreciated.

I practiced IF during my initial weight loss transformation purely because the principle of two meals within an 8 hour period suited my lifestyle.

I really battled using IF during my bulk as I couldn't comfortably consume the calories I needed over just two meals despite focusing on eating more calorie dense foods.

Now that I am cutting again, its back to IF.

If u dont mind can u tell which protocol are u using (16/8 20/4 24hour or 36 hour),and what style of diet (keto or carb and calorie cycling, thanks again.

I have good success on a 40P 40C 20F macro split at around 500 cals below maintenance? Will drop carbs to 30 and up fats to 30 to break plateaus. Fasted cardio 3-4 times a week. First meal at 11:00 and last meal post workout at 19:00.
