Soyabeans - good preotein substitute? was created by Kaballas
Hi Guys

In the constant struggle to get quality protein and keeping the costs down, I am looking at Soyabeans.

Question: I can get Soyabeans basically for free as I work for a company that stores grain. Is it a option to eat the soyabeans raw? The protein is great, 36g per 100g, but it has +- 19.9g fat per 100g and +- 30.16g carb per 100g.

If a option this might be a good source prior to working out or even after. i am just not sure if it has low or hi GI. Also is it a good source of fat like say flaxseed?

Any advice?
