It works legend. Water + salt then you put the breast in the fringe in this solution for about 4 hours. Cook it then, the juices literally pour out of it.

Thank you gentlemen and Chapel for initiating a discussion.

I needed these suggestion in my last major bulking program. I was going through a least 2.5kg of chicken beasts per week for 3 months and my God I was struggling to eat the dry beasts. I was reduced to employing water to down at times. Now that I have you folk here and your brilliant suggestion, I will reintroduced enhanced breasts into my life.

Thank you.

Sorry to wake up an old thread, just wanted to mention that the george foreman grill cooks a perfect chick breast in 7mins
Can also handle up to about 4 medium sized breasts, 7mins done.
On occasion I add a tiny bit of Jimmy's sauce to the chopped up chicken afterwards, makes for really juicy chicken.

Some feedback then, the water thing vega mentioned, if you aren't doing it you are just a knob. Makes chicken boobs soft and easy to eat.

Howzit Guys

I know how bland chicken can be, but have you tried Walden Farms Calorie Free Sauces?

A lot of competitive bodybuilders and atheletes are using it and loving the results

The honey dijon works great with chicken and definitely fits into dietary requirements. Diabetic Friendly and quite a range to choose from.
