Getting into ketosis faster was created by Gabber
Good day all

I want to know if there is a way to get my body into ketosis faster, when starting on a ketosis diet.

Don't eat 4 hours before bed, the next morning do some fasted cardio and for PM training do a whole-body workout (weights, circuits, swimming ect). Depletes the hell out of your glycogen. Worked wonders for me. After you are in keto you can slack on the fasted cardio to doing it only after the refeeds (help instil keto once more).

Hope it helps man!

Great suggestion DJ, I have will have to try that on my next keto diet.

However fasted state cardio has worked best for me. In my experiences, a mere 30 min of swimming pre breakfast set me in pretty quick.

Good luck with your programme and keep us posted with that which works best for you.

Hey bro, that is entirely normal, good job. It'll be mostly water retention but for sure some of it is fat. Keep at it and it will be pure fat loss. Don't be discouraged by what bf% a machine tells you or how your muscles look deflated, your glycogen is empty and muscles loose it's full effect - it means it's working. Good luck mate.
