Welcome to the forum. Are you planning on running gear this year to get those results? Quite a leap on arms :)

At your weight your measurements don't stack up unless your 4ft tall.

Go big or go home...

Per your pics, you went from 68kgs in Oct 2012 to 75 in Dec 2012. Thats a 10% increase in body weight in only 2/3 months! That sounds to quick to be right. Was this all natural?

Looking at that first/second and last pic however, that is quite a transformation so well done! From personal experience, I wouldn't count on such a rapid transformation in your next two years cos beginner gains such as those are not sustainable. Have patience, stick to it and work hard and I am sure that you will reach your goals...

They aren't making sense to me either?
My biceps are 45cm, thighs 64cm, calves areound 45cm, shoulders basically the same.
I am the same height and weigh close to 100... granted I have a belly that I am working on...
Lower body fat for the same measurements should weigh more?

How much of a difference does bone structure/density make?

thanks mate, my diet up to Oct i wasn't eating properly mainly replying on shakes.. spoke to a nutritionist who told me i wasn't eating enough so doubled up on food..
diet was
08:00 100g oats (uncooked weight) + milk
13:00 150-200g (uncooked weight) pasta/rice with sauce + 100g protein shake

17:55 chiproll or chicken breast with mayo or bacon + eggs

23:00 200g rice (uncooked weight) 300-500g stew + 100g shake

i am hoping to make the same gains again this year but naturally its probably impossible... gonna add fruit and nuts at 11:00 for now while trying to lose the fat around my stomach then adding more carbs for another bulk

also night protein shake is now 33g whey :X instead of mass gainer

That warm fuzzy feeling that you get when you see that there are still people with some common sense,, and who can achieve something by just thinking straight.... well done on your progress.
