Hi guys just thought I'd put up a health breakfast idea. As it gets a bit boring eating scrambled egg an a bowl of porridge. All the time.
For every egg 1 white I use. 10grams of oats
Example 7 eggs whites an 70g of oats, mix to together. Then cook in fryin pan. I use 1cal spray in the pan.
Once cooked. Spread some peanut butter on top or honey.
