Just watched a DVD on YouTube called longevity by ken hill. If you haven't seen it and you have some hours to burn its a good watch . my question is what is the general thoughts on his dietary method called skip loading ???
It works very well if u are already In condition, I have done it but u do seem spill over if u aren't doing enough high intensity training and cardio to make sure u are extremely depleted... its like a keto re feed with only high gi carbs low protein and fat, u are on something similar already with some low gi carbs too, when u get leaner the carbs become more to really spike leptin levels....
